In one pot, heat up small amount of olive oil and begin cooking sliced garlic until slightly browned, add chopped sun dried tomatoes and pine nuts and cook for a few minutes. Add the powdered pesto sauce mix, following the directions on the envelope. The directions usually call for additional olive oil and parmasan cheese. When this is done take off of the heat. Boil water and cook the pasta. When the pasta is tender, add the sauce, mix well, top with additional parmasan cheese and hot pepper flakes. Enjoy.
